Cast-iron pans may be a bit pricey but last almost forever if cared for, this is €175 but is two-in-one, and at a medium size like this (3l) isn't completely immovable.
Made in Sweden. Skeppshult have good environmental practices, and treat their pans with organic oil. I considered the usual French 'cocotte' brands like Le Creuset and Staub, but frankly love the elegance of this.
